Since Valtra/Ålö 960 JAKE Aid Frame's connection can be done by bolts. Replace the rear axle support of front loader with JAKE Aid Frame. M-and T-series with Valtra/Ålö-front loader when tractor has a plastic fuel tank and/or plastic battery box
Replace the rear axle support of front loader with JAKE Aid Frame. M- and T-series with Isme-front loader when tractor has a plastic fuel tank and/or plastic battery boxPrintable mounting guide (pdf)
Cut off the rear axle supports from the pillars of Isme (dimension 40 mm on the picture). Weld the flange delivered with JAKE (uppermost flange on the picture) to the pillar of Isme. Use JAKE Aid Frame and the horizontal plate delivered with JAKE (midmost plate on the picture) for positioning the welded plate. M- and T-series Valtra/Ålö-front loader when not plastic tank nor plastic battery box
Replace the rear axle support of front loader with JAKE Aid Frame. A-series Valtra/Ålö-front loader
JAKE Aid Frame is bolted to the front loader pillar but the flange in the middle of the picture must be welded on JAKE Aid Frame on-site. |
