Check the fit of JAKE Sleeve Unit and if necessary,  cut the cabin fastener before mounting a sleeve unit. All cabin versions don't need this cutting.

Make sure the rear rim doesn't touch the spring or its fasteners when the cab is in the upper position. Use the limiters delivered with the JAKE when needed.

Cut off the upper and lower spring ears. Check the fit of the filter fastener.

Hydraulic trailer brake valve

Move the brake valve behind the rear axle by the fasteners delivered with JAKE. Don't open the brake fluid tubes, only bend them carefully. Metallic hydraulic tubes will be replaced by rubber hoses delivered with JAKE.

HiTech oil filters

Move upper the two filters behind the rear axle by the fasteners delivered with JAKE. Also one fastener for a steel cable comes with JAKE. Metallic hydraulic tubes will be replaced by rubber hoses delivered with JAKE.

Advance oil filters

Move a little the two filters behind the battery box. Also move the third filter from behind the rear axle to the two filters behind the battery box. Necessary fasteners will be delivered with JAKE. Metallic hydraulic tubes will be replaced by rubber hoses delivered with JAKE.

Advance oil filters when compressed air tank

Move the two filters from behind the battery box to behind the right rear axle and the third filter to behind the left rear axle. Necessary fasteners will be delivered with JAKE as well as one steel cable fastener too. Metallic hydraulic tubes will be replaced by rubber hoses delivered with JAKE.
